In the 14 years since forming Aprile Graphics, Radius Art Director Michael Joseph Aprile has split his time between commercial projects and magazine design. He has done work for many of the region’s top lifestyle publications, but as he likes to say, “When you find something you love, you never actually ‘work’ another day in your life.” A Jersey boy through and through (he grew up in neighboring Elizabeth), Michael jumped at the chance to make a difference in Newark. He claims to have eaten at almost every restaurant Radius has covered in its first three issues; the rest go on his bucket list.
